Dust off the rust and get ready for this upcoming ringette season with Transcend Athletics Ringette Prep & Conditioning Camp! Ice times will consist of fast tempo flow drills for speed and edge work along with technical skill development on passing and shooting. This camp will focus on conditioning and drills that players will be evaluated on during the UAA Evaluations. The age group for the Ringette Prep Camp U14 / U16. If you fall outside of these ages, please email tim@transcendathletics.ca to discuss registration options. The cost for this camp is $275.00 (GST included). We will have two spaces available for goalies to come out and take some shots for the week. The cost for the goalies will be $105.00 (GST included).
