Rise & Shine Skating Efficiency Camp!

Service Description

Transcend Athletics’ 2024-25 Rise & Shine Small Area Performance and Skating Efficiency Camp! This camp is a great way to get the brain and body some exercise on a Monday morning and to get the week started off on the right foot! This camp will be run by two elite level skating instructors with a focus on edge work, skating efficiency, increased speed – power – agility, & small area skating performance and development. The camp starts Monday October 28th and will go until Monday March 3rd with a total of 8 ice times throughout the year. All ice times are at the Sherwood Park Shell Arena. The Price for the Skating Efficiency and Small Area Performance Rise & Shine Camp is $435. The camp is open to all players in U13, U15, or U18. There will be two goalie spots available as well if you have a goalie that would like to do some extra work on improving their game by taking shots. The price for goalies will be $105.
