Rise & Shine Skills Camp

Service Description

The Transcend Athletics’ 2025-26 Rise & Shine Skills Camp is back! This camp is a great way to get the brain and body some exercise on a Monday morning and to get the week started off on the right foot! The camp will be geared towards overall hockey skill development, with focus on edge work, skating development, passing, shooting, and puck handling. This camp is open to all players. Athletes will be placed in groups based on age and skill to achieve the highest amount of development with quality reps, appropriate drills based on skill level, and 1 on 1 coaching. The camp starts on Monday October 20th and will run until Monday February 23rd. All ice times are at the Sherwood Park Shell Arena. The Price for the Rise & Shine Skills Camp is $300.00. The camp is open to all age groups. There will be two goalie spots available as well if you have a goalie that would like to do some extra work on improving their game by taking shots. The price for goalies will be $105.
